Hi, I have the same impression as joyce said: Up until now it has been great dealing with them. Now I am not so sure!!

One of my friend told me that she has requested for redeem using points on early last month. Usualy it only took 3 days the money would credit on the account. This time more than one month past but nothing happened. She wrote them also Lauren several times but no one responced. She even called them and left voice message but still not responce. I am not sure if this company was bankruptcy. However interestly we still receive the survey invitation from them from time to time. Thus they trick us to take survey for free and they will get money! Can you help us to find out what's going on with this company and Lauren?

Thank you!

That's weird... usually they're pretty good at getting back to people. How long ago did you complete the survey?

Try sending them an e-mail with a different topic and trick them into reading your issue! It worked for me!

It stinks how some of these companies are awesome at responding to your emails until it's an issue where they owe you something.

Let us know how it goes!

Do you have any suggestions as to how you get these people from Lightspeed Panel to answer your e-mails when you have questions about getting credit for a survey you completed? I have sent several e-mails to them with no response. Up until now it has been great dealing with them. Now I am not so sure!!
