However interestly we still receive the survey invitation from them from time to time. Thus they trick us to take survey for free and they will get money! How long ago did you complete the survey? Try sending them an e-mail with a different topic and trick them into reading your issue! It worked for me! It stinks how some of these companies are awesome at responding to your emails until it's an issue where they owe you something. Let us know how it goes!
